HEALTH  All bearded dragons posted are a minimum of 3 months of age, and 7" in length. We guarantee your bearded dragon will arrive alive and healthy as long as our shipment policies are followed. We also guarantee your bearded dragon will remain healthy for 7 days following arrival. Should this not be your experience, contact us immediately via email and provide photos of the back for comparison. If the photos confirm it was the same bearded dragon as posted on the website and purchased by you, we will ship a replacement one of comparable value at no additional cost to you.

PAYMENT  For your safety and our convenience, we accept payment only via confirmed address PayPal.  We will not ship to an unconfirmed address.

SEXING  Although we make every effort possible to determine whether each bearded dragon is a male or a female, sex is not guaranteed.

SHIPPING  Bearded Dragons are living creatures and much care is put into the packaging and shipment to insure their safe arrival.  Please help us by making sure that you or your representative will be available to sign and accept the shipment at your confirmed address. All bearded dragons are shipped Monday - Wednesday, with the exception of holidays, DHL Next Day 10:30 AM Delivery and must have signed acceptance by yourself or your representative at your confirmed address. If you know you or your representative will not be available, we can arrange in advance for the shipment to be held at your nearest DHL location. Should you not make arrangements for a representative or to have the shipment held at your nearest DHL location in advance, and you are not available to sign and accept the shipment, the shipment will be taken back to the nearest DHL location and held for your pickup and your delivery and health guarantees are void. Shipments may be delayed at our discretion due to extreme heat or cold. If we deem the weather to be severe enough to prohibit shipment even with cold or heat packs, you will be given the option for a refund. In addition, we will not ship the week before Christmas due to the overall volume of shipments for all carriers and the possibility of your bearded dragon being lost in transit. Live prey items are shipped Next Day or 2-Day and must have signed acceptance by yourself or your representative at your confirmed address. All other supplies and/or merchandise can be shipped ground, 2-Day or Next Day.
